Wiring loom black wire open circuit

Hi there,
Well I finally got around to completing my Kickstarter Picade Maxi. This was prompted by my 4.5 year old twins keep asking what the half built "TV" in my study was for.
I completed it today with my little helpers - they loved the experience. It is mostly working, but nothing from the 6 buttons. I continuity checked the loom and the black wire is open circuit from the tinned wire end to the the first spade.
Is it possible to get a replacement at this late stage?
